stablished in 1981, the Cambrian Center is a beautifully landscaped and peaceful environment that provides affordable apartment living for seniors and disabled adults, subsidized under HUD Section 8.
With sustainability and their residents in mind, the Cambrian Center recently broke ground on an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funded $1.2 million dollar clean energy and building efficiency retrofit engineered by San Jose-based Salas O’Brien Engineers, Inc.
Please submit the "Get Started" form in the upper right corner to download the Cambrian Center customer story. You'll learn how the building is making an investment in better energy consumption by:
- Sustainably updating their facility
- Implementing smart changes for their residents and the community
- Creating 20% of their energy and 50% of their domestic hot water right on-site through the use of 4 fuel cells
