Clean Energy in Action: The Cambrian Center

Established in 1981, the Cambrian Center is a beautifully landscaped and peaceful environment that provides affordable apartment living for seniors and disabled adults, subsidized under HUD Section 8. 

With sustainability and their residents in mind, the Cambrian Center recently broke ground on an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funded $1.2 million dollar clean energy and building efficiency retrofit engineered by San Jose-based Salas O’Brien Engineers, Inc.
